How To Include Speed Training Into Your Strength Routine
This is the question I hear more than any other. Since strength training can interfere with the results of pure speed training, many athletes are asking how they should structure their workouts so they can take advantage of both strength training and speed training.
Here are 8 tips on how I recommend athletes schedule their workouts when they need to be both strong and fast – based on whether you are in mid-season or off-season.
I’ve posted the entire article on including speed training with your strength training routine - Click below to read my recommendations:

What am I supposed to say I just signed up for Speed Training and don’t know yet, of course, what I’ll gain from it in my golf swing.

I am a head sprint coach for my high school. We wieght train 3 times a week. At what point during the week do I want to include your program. Should I do them before or after we weight train or do I want to do the bands on a seprate day. Hope for some info

Josh,
Here’s the short answer: Make sure you have read the tips and instructions on this page: http://athleticquickness.com/page.asp?page_id=91
If that does not give you all guidance you need and for best results then adapt the exercises as best you can to do them on the days you do not weight train and if you need to do the bands on the same day as your other training, do the bands last and at least a few hours after your other training.
If you need more guidance then go to: http://athleticquickness.com/Contact-Us.asp
and submit your question. That’s the best place to get more detailed answers.
